It has helped me to turn around what i needed to & hoped i would be able to turn around: get OUT of a very unhealthy pattern i felt stuck in & INTO a new & healthy one!
I have shifted weight & am fitting into clothes i couldn’t fit into 5 weeks ago (which hugely impacts on my self- esteem & general sense of overall happiness) ~I am feeling back in control of my eating & my weight (i was feeling like i had completely lost the reigns on this aspect of my life) ~I am feeling more energised ~I feel ‘lighter’ physically/mentally & emotionally ~I am feeling less distracted (by food & comfort eating & worrying about being ‘out of control’) & that i now have more time & ‘space’ to attend to other important things ~ i have not experienced any ‘heart-burn’ for the last 5 weeks (which i battled with quite a bit over the past few years) ~i have not had any (familiar) nausea episodes over past 5 weeks which i have been experiencing over the past year or two)

- Listened to the last week’s zoom call. Thanks Emma, I feel I am getting to understand my body in a whole new way. Great to listen to your teachings and read/listen around the subject more. For years I’ve had an underlying feeling of nausea, mild but constant and unshiftable. I thought it was inevitable due to my age, but since starting this intermittent fasting I no longer have it. I work better in my often really stressful work environment much better in a fasted state. I am clearer and manage stress better. l’d say less stressed actually. I have also lost over 10kgs with intermittent fasting and I finally feel like I may be able lose weight and get in a more healthy range after years of not getting there despite weight loss groups etc. Less puffiness in my ankles all good 😎 Early days, but feel this course has been the right intervention I needed just in time before my health took a serious turn for the worse. Currently doing 24hr+ and 36hour+ in a week with variety on other days. 1 no fasting day. Need to be better with my green list but am so much better than I was. Thanks again Emma and Lisa for the introduction 😍

Thank you for your support in turning my health around, through the intermittent fasting and low carb/dairy programme. After 2 months in the programme, I no longer have crippling stiff muscles from inflammation; chronic sinus; burning indigestion; reflux; cough; and swollen ankle. I found out that I have low level stomach acid and am taking multivitamins. I keep away from avo and milk. I have lost almost 9kg so far. I am eating for nutrition and use fasting as a tool for health and weight management. A huge thank you for your professionalism, kindness and support.
- Hi Emma, I had some major positive shifts…heartburn and burning feeling in stomach completely gone. It affected my sleep so now I sleep like a baby.
My eyes were constantly puffy and ankles swollen.. gone!
I met a friend whom I haven’t seen for a couple of weeks and her immediate reaction was: What have you done to your wrinkles? (she is a positive person, smile)…My skin is smoother and clearer, by the lack of any other word.
My general sense of vitality has def improved and I feel great. I am on a 40 hr fast this morning and do feel a faint headache but the dull headache that I used to wake up with every morning is gone.
I feel a mental alertness that i haven’t experienced for a long time – no brain fog. This has been a great experience!

- HI Emma, a big thank you to you. Before I was always tired, always lethargic, always eating or looking for something to eat. Always hungry. Now I can fast for a whole 24hrs! (and feel strong, happy and satiated). I never would have believed it! I am inflammation free, have more energy and have overcome many of my eating habits and addictions. I keep remembering that food is my fuel, not my reward, comfort or motivation. Emma thank you for the valuable lessons learned and all the experience you shared.
- Hi Emma, thank you for today’s message about abstinence and restriction. Just want to thank you so much for the life changing impact you have had on me. I view sugar, most carbs and gluten as pain, discomfort and misery. I’m 82,1 today down from 92.65. My brother has been to 4 neurosurgeons over the years for excruciating back pain. After I took him to the last one this year, he finally agreed to try this plan. He lost weight and his back pain disappeared.
- Let me introduce you to myself in my pre -Emma days: I am a food addict. Always thinking about food, always eating, always on a diet and always tired. I can’t get out of bed in the morning, I overuse my snooze button. Lunch time I feel like a nap, yawning and dozing my way through afternoon lessons. At night I can’t go to bed and empty things keep me up to early hours. My skin is itchy, my digestive track does not work properly, I have high blood pressure and need a sleeping tablet.
I meet Emma. Intermittent fasting makes me nervous. I can’t be without food, what now?
Through preparation and a six week program I get to a 24 and 42 hour fast – and it’s easy. Effortless even.
I now wake up at the same time every morning – before my alarm and snoozing is not an option, my brain is awake! I have energy and I don’t always feel bloated, uncomfortable and exhausted anymore.
My sleeping patterns kicks in and I know when it’s time to sleep.
My skin is glowing (according to others) and I don’t itch anymore.
My brain is less foggy, I think clearly and I can remember so much better.
I feel happy, energised and on top of the world. No more guilt about over indulging or sadness because I broke another diet.
Now comes the FIVE DAY fast. No food… and again it’s effortless! What?
I never once battled hunger!
I did face some of my food ideas. A full panic attack about not preparing food for the next day. Even when I started thinking about what foods I will need to break the fast – total chaos, as now I need to eat. Not because I’m hungry, but because of fear.
I pushed through and did 5 whole days. Breaking the fast was bittersweet as I wanted to go on and on and on. My body loved it and was calm and at peace. What a wonderful experience and journey, supported every step by Emma and her wise counsel and loads of knowledge. I felt safe knowing she would know when I can push on and when I should pull out.
Thanks Emma you changed my brain and I love it!
